It's on, and you're invited! Newark's post-Xmas party is back to blow away those back-to-work blues, with three of Newark's pubs - The Fox and Crown, Newark, Organ Grinder Newark and Just Beer Micropub - collaborating to bring you a mega-selection of more than 60 tasty and exciting beers over four days.

As ever, there's also a fun treasure hunt, kindly organised by Mad Dog Merf, with beery prizes to the lucky winners. Dates are: Thu 30th Jan - Sun 2nd Jan, so mark it in your diaries now. Beery updates will be posted as we have them.

The Great British Beer Festival Winter is organised by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) and staffed by beer loving volunteers. This annual festival brings hundreds of UK beers, international beers and real ciders and perries to different venues every few years.

This year's festival will also be home to the prestigious Champion Winter Beer of Britain award, with the winners announced during the trade and press session. As well as a dedicated Champion Winter Beer of Britain Bar where you can sample all the competition entries.
